Q. What should I do when AF9723 cannot recognize the installed AF9836B?
A. AF9836B is supported by AF9723 hardware revision of Rev.R01 or later.
If you are using an AF9723 with the hardware revision of Rev.R00, it is necessary to have hardware modification (optional) to support AF9836B.
For optional modification, please contact us from here.

Q. What should I do when an error code of "ERROR52" is displayed and device programming is not performed anymore on AF9700 series programmers?
A. An error code of "ERROR52" will be displayed when the socket usage exceeds the set socket count if "SOCKET COUNT ERROR" function is set to ON.
To resume programming, you need to turn off the "SOCKET COUNT ERROR" function, or to clear the count after exchanging or cleaning device sockets.
Clear the setting by : FUNCTION > F > SOCKET COUNT CLEAR > DIS32 SKT(DIS48 SKT)
